About me
After a brief career in the Royal Air Force I was offered the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship with Rowan Stoneworks of Appin. My journey as a Stonemason has taken me to many places, including Shetland, which gave me an insight into the diversity of stone types and the building techniques required to work them. Through the years I have acquired the knowledge and experience of how to care for historic buildings and the the ability to work on jobs both domestic and commercial.
